The Dean of Hilla University College, Prof. Dr. (Aqil Al-Saadi) participated in the memorial ceremony that was held on July 31, 2021 at Ibn Hayyan Conference Hall at Al-Zahrawi University College, in the spirit of the late Hajj Hussein Azab Al-Ugaili, investor and founder of the college, in the presence of the Governor of Holy Karbala Nassif Al-Khattabi and Prof. Dr. Bassem Khalil Nayel Al-Saidi The President of the Holy University of Karbala and a number of university presidents, deans of faculties, heads of scientific departments, teaching and administrative staff, and students.
