Head of the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound Techniques at Hilla University College Obtains Acceptance for Publishing in an Internationally Classified Journal (SCOPASS)

Within the research and practical activity in the Department of Radiology and Ultrasound Technologies, the head of the department, Prof. Dr. (Faisal Ali Al-Bassam) obtained the acceptance to publish a research in the journal Material Today: Proceedings It is one of the scientific journals within Scopus containers with an impact factor and in the Q3 quarter. Thin films of CdO with different weight ratios were prepared by using pulsed laser deposition on glass substrate at 300oC and annealed in air at 750oC for 5hrs. Then it was tested by NH3 and NO2 sensors at different temperatures, where the results showed that there was a rapid response to NO2 gas for 10.8s at 75% by weight at 250oC and 9s for pure Ga2O3 at 250oC for NH3 gas.
