Scientific Seminar On The Offer Of Pardon To The Accused In Iraqi Law

Within the cultural and scientific curriculum of the Continuing Education Unit at Al-Hila University College and in cooperation with the Department of Law, a scientific seminar entitled “Offer of pardon to the accused in Iraqi law”
The lecturer reviewed the legal circumstances of the crime of theft of the century and the impact of the release of the first accused in it on legal circles; The extent to which this is consistent with the provisions of the law.
