The head of the Nursing Department at Hilla University College chairs a committee discussing a master’s degree in family medicine

The experienced professor and consultant physician, Dr. Hassan Alwan Hussein Bai’i, Head of the Nursing Department at our college, chaired a committee to discuss a master’s thesis in family medicine at the College of Medicine at Al-Qadisiyah University, tagged (Knowledge, attitudes, and practices of doctors in the city of Diwaniyah in conveying urgent bad news to the patient) submitted by the student Hassan Jasib Jaloud.
The thesis addressed an important topic related to the relationship and communication between the medical and health service provider and patients suffering from serious, life-threatening diseases and those exposed to the loss of loved ones. Fourth-year students in the Nursing Department at Hilla University College attended the discussion to benefit from how to prepare and present sound scientific research.
